1C customization for Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, with no loss of vendor support
Sales loading, e-invoices in Didox, bank, tax account, payroll, budget. All in a separate section called “Non-standard”, while the standard configuration updates as usual. Running in 25 Reikartz hotels.
How we work with 1C
The standard configuration stays under vendor support
Accountants don't hunt for buttons in the standard menus: all customizations are collected in a separate section called “Non-standard”.
Updates as usual
The standard configuration is not changed. Updates install as usual.
1C database audit service
We look for posting errors, duplicates and junk in reference lists. In the chain's production database we found 444 issues, and 157 more in the Kazakhstan databases.
Licenses and changes live
Hung sessions close by themselves and do not hold licenses. Every evening a digest arrives showing who changed what in the configuration.
Databases are read-only
Until you allow writing, we only read: reports, balances, debts, reference lists.
1C:Accounting 3.0
What we do in 1C:Accounting
Sales loader from PMS live
Invoices, sales documents and payments, including Click, go from PMS to 1C by rules. 16k documents in 30 days with no manual entry.
E-invoices without manual work live
E-invoices are issued and signed in Didox automatically, with acceptance acts attached. The status and the reason for a rejection show right in the sales document.
Single contract register live
PMS, 1C and Didox work from the same contracts. Invoices move to the main contract automatically.
Direct bank connection live
No bank-client software: Kapitalbank statements every 30 minutes, NBU, Aloqabank and corporate cards arrive in 1C on their own.
Tax account on soliq.uz live
Z-reports and cash register receipts are collected in our own database, fiscal revenue is checked against 1C every day, and letters from the tax authority are monitored.
Accounting locks live
An expense without a cost center and an expense line cannot be posted. The share of expenses without a cost center fell from 30% to 1.9%.
Equipment tracking live
Laptops and phones are tracked item by item with handover acts, and the return of equipment is controlled on dismissal.
Advances, branches, reference lists live
Advances are offset every night, and the branch hotel fills into the invoice by itself.
ZUP, BIT and reports
Payroll, budget and owner reports
Management payroll in ZUP live
The management accounting part of payroll is calculated in ZUP. Payout goes through Multibot, and the cash order and the fact of payout return to 1C.
Payout reconciliation and timesheet from PMS live
Overpayments, duplicates and payouts outside the system show up at once. Shift hours from PMS are compared with ZUP.
Budgeting in BIT.Finance pilot
The USALI methodology is carried over from the Kazakhstan environment. The revenue side is built online, and 3,896 sales documents matched the ledger postings.
P&L for owners live
Revenue from PMS, expenses from 1C, property P&L under USALI. Sent to partners after the executive approves it.
Receivables online live

Frequently asked questions
The essentials
Will we have to take 1C off vendor support?
No. The standard configuration is not changed, all customizations sit in a separate section called “Non-standard”. Updates install as usual.
Do you work with Kazakhstan databases?
Yes. 1C Accounting and ZUP already run in the Kazakhstan environment, and the USALI budgeting methodology for BIT.Finance was carried over from there to the Uzbekistan environment.
Do you change data in our database?
By default, no: the accounting databases are read-only. Writing and posting documents happen only after you allow them.
Where do we start?
With an audit: we review your 1C database, PMS and processes and show where money and time are lost. It takes one to two weeks. Then a pilot at one property for two to four weeks.
We use a different PMS. Will it work?
With Servio everything connects right away. We connect other PMS through their data exchange interfaces or exports, and we assess this during the audit.
How much does custom development cost?
$30–40 per hour. Packages of ready solutions and their prices are listed above. 1C licenses, cameras, sensors and servers are not included.
