What if we have more than 50 rooms?
Then a per-user subscription fits: Start $9, Hotel $19, Chain $29 a month, from 10 users. The $150 a month price covers a hotel of up to 50 rooms.
Are there extra charges?
No extra charges for users, modules or setup, no percentage of bookings and no hidden fees. Only cameras, sensors and 1C licenses are bought separately, if you don't have them yet.
Do we need many cameras?
No. The $150 includes front desk video control on one reception camera. If you have no camera, it is bought separately.
We use a different PMS. Will it work?
With Servio everything connects right away. We connect other PMS through their data exchange interfaces or exports, and we assess this during the audit.
Where is the data stored?
With a cloud subscription, data is stored on our servers. Access is granted by role, and the accounting databases are read-only until you allow writing.
Can we take only part of the features?
Yes, you can start at any level. But for a small hotel the price is one: $150 a month, all included.
